AECS can offer a range of English Language Training programs aimed at meeting the needs of you and your organization. As well as these courses we are able to offer customized courses to meet the requirement of customers with more specialist training needs.
Our Approach to Training
We appreciate that as you are reading this, you are considering the training needs of your employees and the development of their language skills. We also know from experience the importance of trained employees being able to use their newly learned skills as soon as possible in their day-to-day work activities. As such, we realize that the training we offer must be realistic, relevant, professionally delivered, and have excellent administrative and academic support. So, how do we do this?
Our Instructors
We are able to provide you with experienced qualified native and non-native instructors or facilitators who are familiar with the demands of In-House Training. Our native instructors are all experienced language trainers who are graduates and hold a University Certificate in English Language or equivalent, Our native instructors, many of whom are graduates, are also experienced language trainers.
In maintaining and furthering our commitment to the provision of quality training to our clients, we also ensure our trainers are constantly upgrading their skills. We regularly conduct internal training for all our teachers, helping them to develop and becomes better instructors. We also offer teachers trainings and teaching methodology.
Administrative and Academic Support
As well as ensuring we provide qualified capable instructors we also make sue that properly organize and support the training we provide Our experienced administrative and academic staff are on hand to dealt with any queries of issues that may arise before.
